We are looking for a QESH Engineer to join our team in Taastrup and help strengthen how we drive supplier quality, internal quality improvements, and focused HSE initiatives across our production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Take the lead on supplier quality performance, including audits, non-conformities, supplier follow-up and supplier development.
- Drive focused Health, Safety and Environment improvements, including ISO 14001 audit activities and practical improvements on the shop floor.
- Support internal quality processes and continuous improvements, ensuring that issues are followed through from analysis to sustainable resolution.
- Use data, facts and structured problem-solving to identify root causes, set priorities and help the business make better quality decisions.

Who You Are
- You have a degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a similar field.
- You bring solid experience with quality in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- You have strong knowledge of supplier quality, audit methods and structured follow-up.
- You are familiar with ISO 14001 and motivated by turning standards, requirements and observations into practical improvements.
- You work well with clear tasks and responsibilities, and you are comfortable taking initiative and making fact-based recommendations.
- You are analytical and structured, with high standards for quality, documentation and follow-through.
