We are looking for an Inventory analyst to join our team in purchasing & production to help strengthen the way we plan, manage, and optimize part inventory.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and improve inventory management processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring the right stock levels to support production, delivery performance and lead time whilst achieving working capital targets.
- Define and track relevant KPIs such as inventory turns, material availability, service levels both for OEM production and Aftermarket (AM) part sales
- Develop our PFEP (Plan for Every Part): set part parameters (re-order point, safety stock etc) and ensure material availability and service levels for both OEM and AM business.
- Work with our ERP master data to optimize inventory by tracking absolute levels, inventory turns, slow-moving stock, and excess or obsolete parts.
- Drive our daily critical part shortage forums to identify process and master data improvement opportunities. Partner with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Aftermarket to address critical shortages, balance priorities, and support root-cause resolution.

Who You Are
- BSc or higher in relevant Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
- We are looking for someone analytical with strong inventory management skills.
- Confident using ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO is an advantage.
- You enjoy turning data into insights and helping the business make better decisions through analysis and fact-based recommendations. Strong excel, PowerBI and similar will be useful
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
