Join Monitizer as our new Digital Sales Manager and help die-casting foundries primarily across Europe unlock the full potential of their production through digital transformation. You will lead the commercial expansion of Monitizer’s IIoT and AI-powered solutions – identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and enabling manufacturers to boost productivity through data, connectivity, and intelligent automation.
What You Will Do
Grow the Market
- Identify and win new opportunities across foundries and industrial manufacturing.
- Build and manage a strong, healthy sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting.
- Generate new leads independently and through sales channels, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact through negotiation and closing.
Engage Customers & Partners
- Build lasting customer relationships that ensures renewals and long-term account growth.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver impactful solutions.
- Use value-based selling to show customers the benefits of IoT Edge, cloud, and Monitizer.
- Train and collaborate with agents and Norican sales teams to accelerate digital adoption and drive sales.
Deliver Commercial Excellence
- Consistently meet revenue goals and customer acquisition targets.
- Represent Monitizer at industry events and targeted outreach activities.
- Keep CRM records accurate by logging meetings, opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps.
About you
You are proactive, energetic, and commercially driven. You enjoy creating new opportunities, not just managing existing ones. You like canvassing the market, opening doors, and turning prospects into orders, even in traditional industrial settings, while making digital solutions easy to understand and valuable for customers.
Professional experience and background
- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS, cloud, or digital industrial solutions to manufacturers.
- Strong value-based selling skills, ideally with subscription models.
- Proven success in hunting, developing, and closing new business.
- Confident presenting both remotely and on-site at all organizational levels.
- Understanding of the foundry industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Willing to travel internationally.
