Who You Are
- BSc or higher in relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Proven experience in similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO preferred.
- Fluent in Danish/Swedish and English.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales to develop and align demand forecasts with supply and capacity plans
- Build and run an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with clear short- and long-term horizons, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments
- Define and track key S&OP KPIs (e.g. forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns) and drive continuous improvement
- Chair the weekly S&OP control‑tower meeting, own the master production plan, and enhance our slot production tool to improve plan adherence and throughput
- Lead capacity analysis and support production planning across assembly, machining, warehouse, and aftermarket
- Own PFEP (Plan for Every Part): set planning parameters and ensure material availability and service levels for both OEM and Aftermarket business
- Monitor and optimize inventory by tracking absolute levels and inventory turns, driving actions to improve turns and reduce excess/obsolete stock
- Partner with Purchasing to address critical shortages and facilitate root‑cause resolution
- Improve systems and processes by identifying and implementing ERP workflow enhancements to support above
