Task:
- Strategic and commercial responsibility for the global aftermarket product portfolio
- Responsibility for global aftermarket revenue, margin and sustainable growth
- Analysis of global market, customer and competitive developments in the aftermarket
- Leading cross-functional global project teams
- Regular international trips to support regional organizations
Profile:
Professional qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field with additional qualifications in Business Administration or Marketing
- Several years of professional experience in aftermarket, service or product management in mechanical and plant engineering or in the aluminium die casting industry
- Solid understanding of service, spare parts and lifecycle business models
- Experience in international product or portfolio responsibility
- Proven success in developing revenue- and margin-oriented business cases
Personal skills
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking with a global business orientation
- High intercultural competence and experience in global matrix organizations
- Structured, analytical approach to work paired with strong implementation skills
- Willingness and enthusiasm for international travel
Languages & Systems
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Confident handling of ERP, CRM, PLM and business analytics systems
- Strong affinity for KPIs and data-driven decision-making
