We are seeking a Lead Regional Account Manager to serve as the primary commercial owner for corporate, multi-site, and strategic aftermarket customers, ensuring consistent account strategy, executive engagement, and cross-site coordination across Norican brands.
Responsibilities:
· Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the aftermarket parts and service sector.
· Team Leadership : Provide day-to-day leadership to Regional Account Managers.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
· Territory & Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of business prospects and effectively manage sales opportunities within the territory.
· Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on pipeline progression, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
· Collaboration & Internal Support: Coordinating with internal teams (purchasing, project management, engineering, finance) to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
· Product & Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's aftermarket parts, machine upgrades and service offerings.
