We are seeking a Regional Account Manager who is responsible for revenue growth in the defined geographic territory based on sales of aftermarket parts; equipment modernization programs (EMP), service contracts, and New Equipment Sales. Strategic territory management is required to grow sales revenue, increase market share and convert competitor installations.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Management to gain market share in new and existing accounts along with expanding relationships and growing existing core aftermarket accounts.
- Client Relationship Management through gathering and maintaining information about the customers, prospects and equipment within the territory of the company CRM system including any required tasks as assigned.
- Cost Calculations with preparation of cost calculations and formal offers for products in accordance with TC’s feedback and regional budgets.
- Internal Collaboration with various departments such as project management, inside sales, engineering, TC and other stakeholders.
- Sales Process Optimization by staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Reporting and Forecasting through providing weekly activity reports, weekly itineraries, prepare and achieve regular territory forecasts.
- Contract Negotiation with clients to secure sales.
